No. The $9 Workspace is a one-time purchase. The Customer Discovery System is $9,000, one time, and other project work is priced one time in a written proposal. Any software you need is billed to you by that provider, and you can cancel it with them.

The $9 Workspace is final once it opens and works as described. We refund a double charge, or a Workspace that doesn't open or work and that we can't fix. Project deposits and refunds are set in your written proposal and our Terms.
