This page explains what Litbox Studio LLC, doing business as Litbox OS ("Litbox", "we"), collects on this site, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Your answers and any numbers you type into the free assessment stay in your browser. We do not receive or store them unless you choose to save a Workspace.
When you click to save, we store your assessment answers and result and any calculator numbers, before you pay. After you pay, we also store the email address you gave at checkout and a reference to your payment. We store these so your Workspace is there when you come back.
We also store a scrambled form of the IP address you used, made with a secret key, so we can limit repeated attempts. We do not use it for anything else.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which may email you a receipt. We never see or store your card number. Your Workspace is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and served through Netlify. Your browser keeps a copy of your private Workspace link so you can get back in.
If you start a Workspace but do not finish paying, we delete what was saved after 7 days. A paid Workspace is kept until you ask us to delete it. If we refund a Workspace, its link stops opening and the saved answers stay until you ask us to delete them.
The site is hosted by Webflow. Webflow receives the messages you send through the contact form and runs a Cloudflare spam check on the site's forms. Pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Like any website, these providers keep ordinary request logs. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email. We use your email only to reach you about your purchase or a message you sent.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Reach us through the contact page. We will confirm what we deleted and explain any records we must keep for payment, tax, fraud, or legal reasons, and copies in our providers' backups may take time to expire.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
