These terms cover the free assessment, the $9 Workspace, and project work from Litbox Studio LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Litbox OS ("Litbox", "we"). The terms posted when you pay apply to that payment.
The assessment and the free estimate are general information based only on your answers. They are not a promise about your business, and not legal, financial, or business advice. Nothing you type into them is saved unless you choose to save a Workspace.
The Workspace is a one-time $9 digital purchase. It saves your assessment result and gives you a calculator to run your own numbers, provided as is. It does not change or improve your result. You reach it through a private link; anyone who has that link can open it, so keep it to yourself.
Refunds: the Workspace is final once your private link opens and shows your saved result and the calculator, working as described. We refund a double charge. We also refund you if the Workspace does not open or does not work as described and we cannot fix it within five business days after you contact us, or if you lose access and we cannot restore it. This does not limit any rights the law says cannot be waived.
The Customer Discovery System has a published price of $9,000, one time, for the scope shown on its page. Other project work is priced in its written proposal. Every project, including Customer Discovery, has a written proposal that confirms the scope, price, deposit, and payment schedule. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
Refunds: the deposit is due when you pay it to start onboarding and planning, and it is nonrefundable once paid. If you cancel after that, you pay for the work completed and we hand over what is finished. Work already delivered or accepted is not refunded. If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed work, we refund the part of your payment that covers work we did not do.
A paid plan, such as the SaaS Replacement Decision and Exit Plan, is not refunded once the plan work begins. It is credited in full toward the replacement if we do the replacement for the same app.
Software, hosting, phone, usage, directory, and other third-party costs are paid to those providers, are shown to you before you approve them, and are never refundable by us.
We do the work we agree to do and test it the way the proposal says. We do not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, bookings, sales, savings, or revenue.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the work that claim is about, and we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses. This limit does not apply to fraud or willful misconduct, and nothing here limits responsibility the law says cannot be limited.
You agree we can send receipts, these terms, and Workspace access electronically. You are at least 18 and can buy for the business you name at checkout. This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and either of us may use small claims court. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a card charge with your bank.
