The strongest early fit is often a business with roughly 5 to 100 people. It has repeatable work worth preserving, team members who need access to operating context, and enough complexity that repeated founder intervention is constraining capacity.
Litbox is not limited to contractors forever. Contractors and service businesses are the initial focus because their work makes the operating problem especially visible. Information has to move between sales, office staff, field teams, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership while the work itself keeps changing.
It is not a strong fit for a pre-operational idea, a business seeking only a generic chatbot, or leadership that wants technology without participating in discovery.
